Recombinant mouse NTAL / LAB Source:
Expressed in E. coli. DNA sequence encoding mouse NTAL (amino
acids 30 - 203) was fused with a His tag at the N-terminus.
Description:
Non-T cell Activation Linker (NTAL), alternatively termed as
Linker for Activation of B cells (LAB), is a 25 kDa
transmembrane adaptor protein present in membrane rafts B cells,
mast cells, monocytes and NK cells.

Lane 1 - 4: immunostaining with NTAL specific antibody; dilution 2 μg/ml). Detection with Goat anti-mouse/ HRP secondary antibody. Amount of mouse NTAL / LAB recombinant protein loaded on each lane: (1) 50 ng, (2) 20 ng, (3) 5 ng, (4) 1 ng. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
