Immunoreaction Enhancer Solution

Feature and Advantages:

1: High signal and low background

This solution greatly enhances antigen-antibody reactions, yielding signals several ten times higher than obtained with conventional methods.
Two kinds of solution is optimized for primary and secondary antibodies, which can suppress the background and increase the S/N ratio.

2: Wide versatility

It is applicable to various assay system involving antigen-antibody reactions such as Western blotting, dot blotting and ELISA.
It is compatible with all of the detection system involving chemical coloration, chemiluminescence and fluorescence. The composition has no affect on the activity of labeled antibodies such as peroxidase and alkaline phosphatase.

3: Ready to use

It is supplied at a ready-for-use concentration.
It can be directly used as an antibody diluent instead of the PBS or TBS diluents used with conventional methods.

Example:

Detection of phosphorylated protein by Western blotting

Fig 1 shows the result for detecting phosphorylated Akt. Detection of phosphorylated Akt increased as the insulin concentration increased. There was a clear signal enhancement and background suppression in the assay using Can Get Signal compared with the conventional method using TBS-T. This result suggest the use of Can Get Signal yield higher signals and lower backgrounds in Western blotting with antibodies against phosphprylated protein compared with conventional assay methods using TBS-T as a diluent
